How to Make a Website with WordPress – Part 3 of 3

In this final video, we will finish setting up your WordPress website.  By the end of this video, you will have a fully functioning WordPress website that is ready for you to start putting content on.  Start by adding content to the pages you have created for your site.  You can create as many pages as you like.

The second thing you will want to do upon finishing your site is to begin writing and publishing  blog posts.  These blog posts, with the help of your SEO plugin, will begin showing up in Google for the keywords you use. If your keywords don't have a lot of competition, they will show up very soon.  If you do have a lot of competition, keep writing and using the keywords. Google will keep checking your site and wants to see content that is frequently added.

  • Create and edit pages
  • Write and publish blog posts
  • Use the All-in-One SEO plugin
  • Set up Categories
  • Add images
